Founded in 1994 in Mainland China, Standard Human Capital initially provided high-end talent search services for Fortune 500 companies in China, laying a solid foundation for cross-border talent solutions.
• 1996 - 2000: Collaborated with tech giants like Microsoft, Apple, and Hewlett-Packard, participating in their localization. Co-established China’s first HP-authorized software R&D center and built a nationwide service network in cities like Beijing and Shanghai.
• 2003: Formed a strategic joint venture with Manpower, creating Manpower & Standard (Manpower China), one of China's leading HR joint ventures at that time.
• 2010 - 2018: Focused on technology and finance sectors, covering banking, securities, asset management, AI, blockchain, etc. Expanded services to include human capital strategic planning and cross-border compliance advisory.
• Since 2018: With the “dual-direction cross-border empowerment” strategy, customized localized talent strategies for multinationals in Asia and offered full-cycle global talent solutions for high-growth Asian enterprises. Enabled North American and European companies' entry into Asia via a “local - global - glocalization” approach.
